I would have missed your lunch date and missed the taste of your good food but I definitely share the same thoughts and emotion on how women has gone a long way in the field of professional cooking. I for one has journeyed the rock-strewn road.

Sometimes my work would drag me to my limits but thanks, it was well worth an experience and I would feel in a few instances that maybe this is why this field has been dominated by men. Not anymore, I am blessed with a going business on food service and I have experienced both the highs and lows and I can confidently express that the kitchen is ours to conquer. I am also reminded that in any endeavor people/gender blending is also a key success factor.

I have been a fan of FCI in NY and I have liked and watched out for many postings in my FB feeds, is this exactly the same page where I got your postings.

Someday I will join for lunch. Many thanks and warm regards,
